What Are The Best Essential Oils For Anti Aging?

Aging is a natural process. Wrinkles and fine lines on the face are often signs that the clock is ticking. We cannot stop the clock, but we can reduce its effects and slow down the process. As we age, the collagen and elastin production in the skin decreases, reducing skin elasticity and firmness. This causes sagging, wrinkling and age spots. Some other factors like dehydration, unhealthy diets, air pollution and toxins contribute to the reduction of collagen in the skin. High stress levels also cause premature aging.

The internet today is flooded with many beauty products claiming to reverse the aging process. You may probably be confused on which to choose since they all claim to be the best option. Without having to waste your time surfing through the long list of antiaging creams (often toxic), you can switch to natural and organic skin care options like essential oils.

Essential oils are a safe and good alternative extracted from natural sources –plants. They are rich in antioxidants, therapeutic, and aromatic properties. I use them for healing wounds, scars, and for maintaining healthy skin.
